How can I choose the currency I pay in?

You are currently viewing the Pakistan version of our website, serving worldwide. By default your order will be charged in Rupees. What payment methods Manora accept and is it safe?

We currently do not accept credit cards. All payments are securely processed through our checkout system. To avoid any delays with your order, please ensure that all your details are entered correctly.

Which countries does Manora ship to?

Manora ship to all countries Except India -There isn't any courier service that can deliver to India from Pakistan.

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

We have shipping charges of most common countries. Delivery duration varies from 1-4 weeks depending on product availability.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Manora to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. However, you will still be required to sign for all international order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

At Manora, we are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship. We hope you are delighted with your order, but we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. An exchange may be provided if the product you received is found to be faulty or damaged. In case of receiving a faulty product claim needs to be made within 24 hours.
